Homeowners insurance providers want to make sure you have fire protection. You can join our Fire Service Agreement Plan from the Corona De Tucson Fire district for an annual fee. The annual fees are based on the under-roof square footage and does not include out buildings (Ex: detached sheds, garages or guest houses). This fee is not covered under homeowner's insurance (check with your agent). Having proof of fire protection could potentially reduce the cost of your homeowner's insurance.
